2021 was a year full of uncertainty. But one thing we knew for sure this year? In-Shape members LOVE group fitness. And out of all of our group fitness classes, there were a few that were fan favorites. We crunched the numbers to see what kept you coming back for more, and here are the top 5 In-Shape group fitness classes of 2021!

3. Aqua Fit
Splish, splash! Our Aqua community is like a family. This full-body workout is focused on cardio fitness and muscular endurance, and is great for all fitness levels—and yes, all ages!
4. Freestyle RIDE
At-home cycle bikes had their moment in 2021, but In-Shape members know there’s NOTHING like a cycle workout in the studio. The energy, the music and the sense of community are unparalleled. Come join us for a Freestyle RIDE.
5. BODYCOMBAT®
This class is proof that our members love a challenge! If you’ve never tried this sweaty, intense cardio class, add it to your to-do list. No experience or equipment required.
