Best Healthy Snacks From Target
Target has really upped their game when it comes to providing healthier options in their grocery department. Which is great news—we all love a healthy snack, especially snacks that our kids will love, too.
From healthy popcorn to delicious dips, we scoured the shelves at Target to find our favorite healthy snacks. These products are available at most Target groceries, so keep your eye out the next time you’re on a Target run.
1. Quinn Popcorn
Did you know popcorn is a healthy snack? Well, not every popcorn—we’d put the butter-drenched movie theater stuff in the “treat” category. For a healthy snack, Quinn offers these easy-to-grab microwaveable popcorn packs. When the popcorn’s popped, pour in the sunflower oil and add the seasonings—as much or as little as you want. We love the short ingredient list on this one.

2. Parmesan Whisps
High in protein and low in carbs, these Parmesan Whisps are a super-cheesy, super-tasty snack. These crisps are light and crunchy and a good source of protein whether you’re eating Keto, avoiding gluten, or just want to get your munch on.

3. Vanilla Almond Butter, for dipping
Good & Gather’s new flavored almond butters are high in fiber and taste great without overdoing the added sugar or salt. (We loved the vanilla and cinnamon flavors best.) This almond butter is tasty on toast, but really shines when used as a dip for apple slices.

4. Mini String Cheese
This one’s a great snack for little ones who never finish their string cheese, and for adults who want an easy snack on the go. Pair these with grapes, cucumber or apple slices, or sweet mini bell peppers to make it super satisfying.

5. B*tchin’ Sauce and Dip
Originally only found at the San Diego farmer’s market, this sauce and dip has found its way to your local Target produce section. All of these dips are vegan, gluten-free, and made from almonds. You can use this sauce as a base for pasta salad, as a spread on a salmon burger, or drizzled on skewers. Or—our favorite—you can dip fresh veggies right into the container for a delicious snack.
