In-Shape | 14 Jul, 2022 | Healthy Recipes | Return|

If you love Reese’s or the nut butter cups from Trader Joe’s, we’ve got good news for you: thanks to this smoothie recipe, you won’t even have to leave home to satisfy your chocolate and peanut butter cravings. It’s fast, easy to make, and surprisingly decadent. We could hardly believe this yummy shake was made with only four ingredients! Pro tip: Cut up the banana before freezing. It’ll make blending a breeze.

What you need:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or sub in your favorite chocolate protein powder!)

What you do:

  1. 1. Blend well and dig in!

Makes 1 serving. If you’re blending these up for the family, multiply ingredients by number of people.
