These fats not only add delicious flavors to your meals but also play a crucial role in supporting brain function. Remember, it’s not a perscription for bacon and cheese. Load up on the healthy fats, and leave the processed ones at the store. 

 

Be Mindful of Protein: 

Protein will be a key player in your low-carb game. It helps preserve muscle mass, keeps you feeling full, and supports various bodily functions. Incorporate sources like poultry, tofu, and legumes into your meals, but don't go overboard—balance is the key. 

 

Listen to Your Body: 

Now, here's the golden rule of any dietary change: listen to your body. Pay attention to how different foods make you feel, both physically and mentally. 

Embarking on a low-carb journey doesn't have to be daunting. It's all about making informed choices, enjoying a variety of delicious foods, and finding what works best for your unique body.
