Keep Your Holiday Motivation Up With These 5 Classes

In-Shape | 10 Nov, 2022 | Wellness Tips & Trends | Return|

Holiday season is here and decking the halls can really take it out of you. We all get busy around this time of year, and fall out of our usual fitness routine and eating plans. It’s tempting to skip the gym and start back up in January. Instead of waiting until then, maybe all you need is a little extra motivation. Mix up your routine with one (or all!) of these energizing classes. They’ll give you the motivation you need to keep moving towards your goals.

1. Cycle

Whether you choose BEATZ: Ride, Freestyle Ride, or LES MILLS SPRINT™, you’ll love our cycle classes. We know you might have an at-home bike you hang laundry on, but trust us: there’s a reason our members take cycle classes at the club. The motivation, the music, and the energy in this group class is a can’t-miss.

2. LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT®

Speaking of high energy, BODYCOMBAT will have you punching, kicking, and jumping your way to an incredible cardio workout. Don’t worry, no martial arts experience required, and there’s no contact. Our members LOVE BODYCOMBAT—come find out why.

3. M7: Strong

Looking to try something new? This class is currently an In-Shape exclusive. Use dumbbells and your body weight to build strength in a bootcamp-style group fitness class.

4. Zumba

After a long day, come dance it out. Whether you have two left feet or you’re a dancing machine, come join us! Everybody’s moving to the music (and building their cardio endurance) together.

5. Yoga

When was the last time you got your yoga on? For flexibility and relaxation, try a Yoga Restore class. If you’re looking for more of a challenge, go for Yoga Flow. And if yoga isn’t usually your thing, try a BODYFLOW class. It combines Tai Chi, yoga and Pilates with a curated soundtrack for a different yoga experience.
