What Are Boundaries? Boundaries are the limits you set in your life regarding what you will and won't accept from others. These boundaries protect your time, energy, and well-being.

How to Set Boundaries

  • Stay Firm: It's okay to reinforce your boundaries if others push against them. 
  • Practice Self-Compassion: Remember that it's normal to feel uncertain at first, but it gets easier with practice. 
  • Setting boundaries can lead to healthier, more balanced relationships and a happier, more fulfilling life.
