Greek Yogurt Mayo
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Stir until well incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Use as a replacement for mayonnaise in sandwiches, salads, or dips.
Avocado Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic Glaze BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, tomato paste, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened to a glaze-like consistency, about 10-15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Use as a healthier alternative to traditional BBQ sauce for grilling, dipping, or marinating.
