There is so much buzz around Lauren Giraldo’s 12-3-30 treadmill workout, so we’re breaking it down so you can give it a go next time you’re at the club. It’s a great workout designed to help you burn calories, increase endurance and tone your legs – all WITHOUT running.
The routine is simple: set the incline on your treadmill to 12 and the speed to 3 and walk for 30 minutes. The incline setting targets your legs and glutes, while the speed of 3 helps to increase your heart rate and burn calories. This is a perfect workout if you want to increase your cardiovascular activity but hate running.
This workout can be done at any of our clubs and it requires no equipment other than a treadmill. It's perfect for those who are short on time, as it is just 30 minutes, and it's a great way to switch up your regular cardio routine.
