3 Protein-Packed Bowls You Need to Try Now

Looking for tasty, protein-packed meals that keep you full and satisfied? These three easy-to-make bowls are not only delicious but also packed with protein to fuel your day. 

 

1. Southwest Quinoa Bowl 

  • Instructions: Cook quinoa, combine it with black beans, corn, and diced bell peppers.  
  • Top with grilled chicken and avocado.  
  • Add salsa and a squeeze of lime juice, then garnish with cilantro. 

 

2. Mediterranean Chickpea Bowl 

  • Arrange mixed greens in a bowl, then top with cooked chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.  
  • Add grilled shrimp and sprinkle with feta cheese and olives.  
  • Drizzle with tzatziki sauce. 

 

3. Thai Peanut Tofu Bowl
